You likely won't get a better result next year. The chapters that give sophomores a chance tend to be the lower tier chapters, and the chapters that PNMs are least likely to give a chance to are the lower tier chapters. So the question is do you want to be Greek or do you not? If you do, stick it out at the chapter where you got your bid. Go to the events, make friends with the girls, make a REAL 110% effort.
