Most chapters have no idea if they are doing informal or not yet. There will be women who drop their chapters over the summer. There will be girls who transfer from IU over the summer. You can predict that the newly housed chapters may have drops because of the rent/dues increases involved. Also, chapters may want to pick up members of the DDD pledge class in the fall, so I think we will see more chapters open than usual this year.
