Housing update for PNMs. ΘΧ is not losing their house. ΤΚΕ has taken over ΣΧ’s house and will own it. It is not being rented, it has been sold. No update on what they will do with their previous house. ΠΚΦ has purchased the home next to theirs. Which was owned by ΦΓΔ. They will likely combine the backyards to make a larger overall house. ΠΚΑ will have a Fall Rush house. They are allowed to have a house after 1 year of being a chapter. They were denied by UCF to purchase ΦΓΔ last semester due to being rechartered for less than a year. ••••••••••••••••• Fraternities are not allowed to disclose much of their housing information until the start of the fall, due to us not being able to officially operate during the summer. More information is to come.
