you are 100% correct. i don't have a dog in this fight but for the sake of using math right, this is all a big oversimplification. chapter xyz might graduate 40 girls in the spring but maybe they had 20 sophomores drop that year. you also need to look at grads as a percentage of total membership. if chapter abc has 100 girls and they graduate 15, that means something different than a chapter who has 150 girls with 15 graduating. too many other factors. we could go on and on.
