Now that rush has started here is the newest updated rank Top: Sae Fiji Lower top Beta DU Ksig Mid Delt Lodge Theta chi Tke Pike Low Sig chi (yes they’re still bouse even though they have a good house) DX Phi delt Top and low top houses have been packed for rush and will be competitive to get a bid from. They have great guys and best houses, all on lake. Other frats will be more easily able to get a bid from and a good fallback if no bid from a top/low top frat.
