They are working on building an alumni housing Corp to purchase land and build. It will probably be 2 maybe 3 years max before they have a spot they can throw in. Maybe sooner if they want to spend more and just purchase a property off campus but I doubt it. They would be at least 15 minutes from campus in that case, or they will be close but in a smaller house. They do not have a lake house the rumors are false.
