Being bouse of touse would be like the worst frat somehow owning the best one, which makes zero sense. You'd be the struggling house trying to assert dominance over something clearly more prestigious than you - that's just delusional positioning. In any ranked system, you want to be at the top, period. Even the "of" part works in your favor here because touse of bouse suggests the top house has leverage, influence, or control over what happens below. That's how real hierarchies work. Plus, reputation matters. Being associated with touse (top house) protects your status even if you're in an "of bouse" relationship. But being bouse (bottom house) of anything just reminds everyone you're starting from the lowest position - and no grammatical trick is going to change that reality.
