It was more of a problem in the past (like 3 years ago) for certain sororities from mid and up but they consciously chose to do better, so good for them for finally getting there. And there's a couple top chapters who have always made an effort to be more diverse. Behind the scenes of recruitment, certain chapters might be racially biased with which girls they let recruit... but I've only heard of it happening with specific mid tier chapters, ironically. Or not ironically if you know how hard they try to social climb. for top frats tho, sometimes they have this weird quota thing going on. idk. not my business.
