the top tier/lower top/upper mid rarely cob and if they do they will only take like 2 girls. they often will only offer bids through cob or even invite girls to cob that they know or liked during recruitment. you would likely have a shot at zeta gphi kd etc through cob but last year I don’t even think like pi phi or dg had cob
