1) Beta: these guys don't throw down, period. They just do their own thing, they're respectable guys and they are probably on the rise, but they dont mix with sororities that much. 2) Zeta Psi: When these guys throw parties, they are pretty good, but they almost never do, and like Beta, they don't mix with many sororities. 3) Psi U: New frat, they don't do that much, but when they have the house back, they will definitely throw down because they have a prime tailgate spot. 4) Phi Delt: Phi Delt is a mid tier, unlike the others, but they have a dry house, and they don't go hard like other frats, but they definitely do well with women, as they are very nice guys. 5) Phi Sig: New Frat, tame, not much to say. Have had open parties, but never too wild.
