In order Tier 1( Top 3 are pretty interchangeable) SAE: Has been the top house for 20 years and it seems like it’s going to stay that way for a while. Most traditional fratty frat at ucla and generally has the tallest best looking guys on the row although parties can be mid at times. Also by far best business club connections. SNU: Best parties at ucla 100%. Great house location plus a solid group of guys lands them at number two this year. Crazy come up for snu as in the years past they were squarely below sig chi and sae. Sig Chi: The outdoorsy frat at UCLA. The guys are super cool and are generally into stuff like surfing and hiking. Generally known as chill kind of stoner guys who don’t throw as often but when they do they have great parties. Also whenever they have live music it’s always a blast. Tier 2 Phi Psi: Definitely on the getting better recently. By far nicest house on the row and a great new pc to keep it going. Super nice chill guys. Sig Ep: Always bounces around 4 and 5 with out ever really being able to go into the top tiers. Great pc for them this year too. Tier 3 Beta: Chill mellow guys. Don’t really go their stuff often so don’t really have too much to say. Taxi: has a pool. That’s about it
