You would have better luck as a sophomore. Spring COB bids will happen but it’s more about who you already know in the sorority or if you dropped virtual recruitment and know which houses you’re already like. Also there’s never a guarantee the house you like will do COB. For formal tho, all houses have a sophomore quota and most people who come back for formal rush as a soph end up in better houses.
