A lot of the smaller houses. Keep in mind not everyone wants to part of a huge intense fraternity. Some want a home on campus, a more low key experience, and lifelong friendships. Nothing wrong with either one, you just choose what is right for you. And isn't that a good thing, it would suck if everyone on campus was identical.
