This is right. Kappa Sig’s house is big but Chi Phi’s is one of the best in greek life. As of Social partners, Kappa Sig has it better since they have good relationships with AOPi and SDT while Chi Phi hangs out with Sig Kap and Phi Rho more. Lastly, Chi Phi has become better in the last year but Kappa Sig just got out of alcohol probations, so both are good options with excellent brotherhoods. I would suggest to go to both and check it out yourself.
