Aepi throws top tier level parties, but they have some guys that are not top tier level. Not everyone just a few. In terms of tiers they are really above everyone in 3 but nt really at anyone’s level in 2 yet. They are kinda in between Sig pi is pretty consistent all around. Decent looking boys, decent parties, decently cool brothers. They are right where they should be.
