THIS DESERVES ITS OWN POST I am one of those low-life girls who couldn't participate in rush due to grades. Not because I am stupid. Because I went through surgery, chemo, and radiation spring semester of my freshman year, and know what...I stayed in school the entire time. And, yes, my grades suffered, but I am so proud of myself because I never gave up, and that shows way more character than your PSA or any of the many "low lifes" and "refects" you think are beneath you. Also, I am poor. I earned a nice scholarship to go here, but I'll also be saddled with loans after I graduate. Sorority dues would be a sacrifice and tough financially for me. If your Panhel sorority is all about women empowerment, maybe they should find a way to include kick-ass women like me. Or is all that empowerment only for rich girls? Take off the crown and put away the judgment, sororitytie. You are no better than anyone.
