The NPC's RFM Method of placing pnms is the reason UCB is not able to use a non-gty method during formal recruitment. I heartily suggest those who have posted on UCB GR pages regarding their strong distaste for all things RFM (because they do not enjoy meeting 1000 pnms and having to bid 50 of them when they feel only 25 are worth their chapter's time and efforts) best become more panhellenic women in order to eventually move-up into their NPC group's panhellenic exec board, which might guarantee one of them the NPC Chairmanship at some future point whereby they may rant all they want against RFM and possibly change the mutually agreed upon NPC RFM rules.
