@bugbear. Kudos on one of the more honest posts on here as you talked about issues that have many people puzzled. My sense is that panhel is waiting for at least a few more years of huge pledge classes until the situation becomes completely miserable at many of the houses and totally unmanageable before anything changes. Even if the misery index rises beyond where it is right now I am absolutely not convinced anything will ever change. Current thinking is that the 'changes' made by Panhel for 2017 will address the many shortcomings of 2016. We will have to wait this one out to see but reading through all the changes it doesn't seem like anyone is looking at the big picture and looking beyond 2017. Sad that no planning and strategic vision exists. Will keep my fingers crossed that things go smoothly this year.
