I would mostly agree, with a couple edits: ΦΜ down. Their dirty rush tactics need to be exposed. ΑΞΔ down. They're trying but yearly COB shows they aren't there yet. ΔΓ up. Noticing big strides in new members and leadership. But you are right - so many strong houses here. Every chapter has amazing members.
