This goes for any girl nervous about whatever makes her self-conscious about her looks/background; you've got to be okay with yourself just as you are, and be like "so what, I've got a lot going for me" so you can loosen up enough to have good, easy conversations and show your personality, even your sense of humor. This is what the members rushing you will remember: OMG she's so cute/OMG she's so sweet/OMG she's so fun/OMG she's so smart and interesting! When have you felt at ease and at your best? Try to bring that feeling to recruitment.
