It depends what you consider hazing. sorority girls are definitely treated better than frat guys, and you do get a lot of gifts, but there is still some "initiation" activities that can verge on unpleasant. It depends on the sorority.. Some more unpleasant than others. Nothing is too bad though. Not abusive and nothing that'll drive you away. For example, a friend of mine's family initiation included taking a certain amount of shots (not a ton but more than average). While she was expected to do it, it's not like it was terrible and she knows she could have said no and it would've been fine. It's more for fun/bonding. Don't worry about it
