Why all the hype at Illinois State for Phi Sig??? Drive outside of this campus and NO ONE and I mean NO ONE has ever even heard of Phi Sig. People in the SEC, Big Ten, Big 12, Atlantic Coast Conference, etc. have NEVER heard of this sorority. All of the other houses at IL State have very strong reputations, impressive histories, well done established Alumni networks, etc. Why is it so highly ranked here and literally no where else?
