To answer you seriously - All houses are good for the most part, no one knows every single organization well enough to be able to rank them. For fraternities, mostly what makes one “top tier” is the appeal of their parties and to girls. The top houses are the ones that have the parties everyone is talking about, and as douchey as it sounds, where the “top tier” girls want to go to / hang out with. The second part of it, other than knowing how to throw down, is brotherhood. The top houses all have great brotherhoods, have so much confidence in each other and pride for their letters. Other factors sprinkle in, mostly history. If a house has been considered as “top” for a long time, usually it just sticks. It’s not about the “top” House, it’s all about your own house. Having a good time with your own boys, and not even worrying about this website at all. Lol
