Some girls just get screwed over by rush. They don't necessarily stand out so when the sororities go to score they don't really remember anything special about the girl and cut her. Bottom tier sororities aren't full of weird girls. People end up where they are supposed to be and just because someone is pretty and cool doesn't mean they can't make friends in a bottom tier sorority! There is a mix of girls in every sorority.
