Still unknown. The owner had to foreclose, due to SAE not paying their rent. But minutes before the university bought the property, he claimed bankruptcy. Most people think he saw FSU reps were onsite at the auction was willing to pay $$$, so he quickly decided to file bankruptcy. Either way, they need to find a permanent solution. The university will tear down that house and build something else and the current owner hates the fraternity for non-payment.
