Nobody is trying to tear down a house, I think the statement is true. It’s hard to build relationships and bonding without a house. The sorority house is where everything happens. Also with new houses come a huge increase in dues and filling up the house with sisters. A lot of women just want their own place and forcing women to live in the sorority to fill spots make them drop. With that being said I wish AXO much success.
