Great description - honestly as a girl, we have found most of these frats as good guys - some a little more rowdy than others, but overall nice and chill. Sig Pi has had some great tailgates and loved their Halloween party. Fiji guys are down to earth - I don't know why a lot of frats hate on them so much. Beta guys are smart and nice, not crazy at all. KA are always lots of fun, love their music at their parties. SAE is probably the wildest of the above, but not over the top as some of the Theta guys (some of them try too hard.) ATO guys seem to really be into themselves.... Sig Ep seems to be well liked by all, ones I know are total gentlemen. Pike will always be Pike...enough said. I am glad to see Delt is gone, glad they didn't ruin it for everyone.
