This is the real rank for now. 1.SAE/Pike - last of the true southern fraternities. 2.KS - alumni money and good parties keep them relevant. 3.KA/SX - KA has been steadily rising while SX has been falling off for awhile. Both are still good. 4.SNu - a mix of southern and non southern OOS guys but have good events and are a big name. 5.PDT/SigEp - the best of the dry houses. Both are a mix of OOS northern/southern and random in state guys who didnt rush early enough to get a better bid. I wouldn't rush anyone after that tbh.
