Please understand that when you are cut it is really not personal, it's all about the numbers, even though it does really sting. You were not judged and found unworthy, you were not rejected, there is nothing wrong with you, you didn't screw up, and it doesn't mean the members you talked to didn't like you and wouldn't still want to be friends with you. And if you felt that you had good conversations and connected with members then you did, even though you didn't make their cutoff. Those members felt the connection and wanted you back and were fighting for you, and they get VERY upset when their favorite girls don't come back. It stings for them too. But it's a chapter decision and a numbers game and everyone has to put a smile back on her face and keep going.  Do not focus on where you are cut, look ahead with excitement and choose those that choose you.
