There's a pretty clear line between girls in sororities and GDIs. Many people might think you're weird if you're not in one but people will judge you based on your sorority anyway. Most of my friends are not in my chapter but we are all in greek life. You can always do COB if you decide that you want to be in it, but be aware that the only houses that do it are DG, AXO, ADPi, and Phi Mu. Also, haven't really noticed guys caring if you're in greek life or not but definitely depends on the guy and if he's in a frat.
