8. Sigma Kappa at the University of Delaware Sigma Kappa at the University of Delaware was chartered in 1986. The women of Sigma Kappa are proud of their involvement with philanthropy. The chapter does not focus on just one philanthropy event or week for the year, but instead are active throughout the year in raising awareness and funds for their causes!
