Is Sorority Spring COB over?

Is spring COB for sororities over? If so, which groups participated and what was the final outcome?

Also what is chapter total now? Is it lower than 300?

Have a friend who just got a COB from KD. So it looks like COB is ongoing for some groups who are still looking for members.
