This is not accurate for retention in the least, all you posted was the spring chapter memberships. Without a comparison to the chapter memberships in the fall there is no way to determine actual retention from fall to spring, especially considering that people graduate in December.

You couldn't even get enough girls to accept a bid in the fall, how can you say you have a good retention rate when you can't meet house total after trying to hand out 30+ snap bids

You have no idea who I am, but if you can't understand that listing spring chapter memberships is not a retention rate then god help you, how are you in college? Find the fall numbers and do some math or else take some remedial classes and stop being an anonymous online bully.

So cringe? What's cringe is your comment. Nobody tries to sit in your lap at pref and nobody can drop a group AFTER pref. Idk why you're trying to dis on a chapter. calm yourself. your hate is showing.

I guess you don’t know your chapter, one of your actives literally sat in my lap pref night. I hated it so much. I ranked DG low because of that. It made me very uncomfortable.

College is about more than GPA. The group with the highest GPA isn’t automatically the top group or else they’d pledge everyone who they bring to pref because everyone would want them. And they don’t. So chill. Not everyone wants Chi O. Calm down

Chi O forces pledges to study, like mandates it and issues penalties if it’s not completed. Treating girls like babies ain’t it. Go out once in a while and breathe the fresh air. GPA and retention reflects tiers and highlights the houses that are most desirable. Being the house with the highest GPA doesn't mean it's the most desirable but the lowest one DO highlight the least desirable.

Grades don't indicate kindness or sisterhood, involvement or enthusiasm, talent or social skills, maturity or potential for success. GPA also don't account for difficulty of major. Sororities are social clubs, not academic clubs or scholarship organizations, there are plenty of those for that purpose. All sorority chapters are consistently above the women's average GPA which just shows the general quality of ALL Greek women. Good for XO but stop splitting hairs.

Nope. Just observant. Everyone knows why she dropped the group that thought they had her. And it's sad how bad that experience was. It's clear what chapter you're in. You can stop now.

it's ok, just work on sisterhood and more girls will stay
the spring member numbers are also affected by the number of seniors who just graduated, but that still shows the trend; if the number is low then they have a retention problem. except for axo because they are a newer house and trying to build up their membership numbers
