Diamond girls go thru an interview process only AFTER they take a competency test which weeds out the girls who are there because they think it will be fun and to meet players vs. those with real baseball acumen with a deep understanding of the game and want to be involved for the right reasons. Which sorority a girl belongs to has no merit in whether or not she is chosen to be a Diamond Girl.
