for sure a "top tier" house but unless you're from Jackson or a Chi O legacy, you're hard pressed for them to take a second look at you even if you're amazing. they just don't work on diversifying beyond their own legacies or the jackson area. now don't get me wrong, they're a top house and have always been and will always be. but they're just not super inclusive beyond certain zip codes. which turns into 13th grade for a lot of them. and that coffin initiaion thing is wild! but it does not seem to affect them negatively during rush.
