laid back, know how to party, and involved on campus. great girls all around. they step it up every semester. a lot of girls choose another sorority for superficial reasons and then later regret it during pledging. what you see is what you get with phi sig=realness. during recruitment the other sororities are all looks and talk but in the end not a true sisterhood.

average girls who try hard. used to be known as the weird but nice girls- but since their pledge classes are getting bigger their heads are getting bigger too. won't ever be a top sorority anytime soon. it's not all about looks or being the biggest partiers but sadly at RU greek life that's all that matters. recruit better looking/interesting girls and socialize more

definitely known as the hot sorority but stuck up and are all clones of eachother. kinda reminds me of highschool. nothing original or different about them

some are good to look at but as for personality pretty much like talking to card board. kind of materialistic. there's a handful who are real and actually fun to be around.

socially awkward and definitely tries too hard. but very sweet girls. they're turning their image around but gonna take years and better looking pledge classes to even be compared to any of the other sororities- sorry about it but it's the harsh truth.

not the cutest guys but they know how to rage and have a good time. not stuck up like most of the frats at RU. they keep it real and try not to be anything they're not. basically not the typical douchey frat guys
