What is the cost of the dues perr semester for a fraternity that's upper tier such as sigma chi or theta chi and do they cost more compared to houses on Jefferson?

You're looking at anywhere from $8k to $11k (per year) and the cost has nothing to do with the street address. Just depends on Nationals.

If you live in the house, that's a totally separate bill.
