fraternity/sorority rankings in detail

I'm tired of all the bs rankings on here. It really shouldn't matter how good they are, just base it off of where you fit in best. As for honest rankings just based off simply top, bottom, and middle tiers, here they are IN NO PARTICULAR ORDER:
Fraternities
Top: DKE, SAE, OX, BETA, EN, PI KAPP, KA, EX, PHI GAM, LXA
Middle: PHI DELT, ATO, , KAPPA SIG, DX, D
Bottom: AKL, DELTA SIG, SIG PI, CHI PHI, PHI PSI, ZBT, SIG EP, DTD, and everyone else
Sororities
Top: OM, ZTA, AXO, XO, DDD
Middle: AGD, ADPI, PI PHI, KAPPA, ALPHA PI, KD
Bottom: AOPI, GPB, THETA, DZ, DG, and everyone else

How are dke, sae grades? Low. How about ato or Sig Ep? High? So? Why would it matter for sororitys and not frats? Ranking is real. Not a mom ranking. Actual.

In my opinion, no fraternities/sororities who are at the bottom in GPA should be considered top tier. This is college and grades should be included as part of the ranking. Top tier should only be houses that have it all...... great looks, personality, grades, campus involvement, etc. As for ZTA, they have been in the bottom 3 in GPA for years. Maybe if they were more in the middle of the GPA standings could they move to top tier.

The tiers on this post are just an opinion from one person. I tend to think it is a pretty good one that matches up with how I think of the frats and sororitys. People that are really hung up on grades might grade down certain frats that nobody seems to think are lower level and they would also elevate frats that nobody considers higher level. Same for the sororities but there are some people out there that just rank the sororities by the level of the frats they mostly chill out with. Seems like a wierd way to do it, but whatever floats your boat. I think this is why some people always try to put pretty middle level strats like kappa and kd up top because of who they mostly associate with and have a bunch of rich in-state kids.

if you need rankings you should go back to High School ! Because Its about Sisterhood and having fun in college! the worst part is to say top houses are good because they have always been good! WOW you have got to go and meet people and see if you like the people in the house !!
