rush clothes

Could I wear a dress with a low back but isn't tacky during rush or would that not be okay? The front is a higher neck too so it's not a ton of skin showing just the back

If it is appropriate to wear to a summer party where, say, your parents will be in attendance- it is probably fine. If it s "you" go for it. Be true to yourself but also be wise.
