Okay I know everyone's opinion can be different but this is as accurate a ranking as you will see.
(In order)
Top Tier: AXO, Tri Delt, Chi O, Kappa
Top Middle: Phi Mu, ZTA, Pi Phi, KD, Alpha Gam
Middle Bottom: A Phi, ADPI
Bottom: DZ, Gamma Phi, DG, Theta, AOPi

this is actually pretty good. every one has their own opinion of course, but this is pretty middle of the road thinking in terms of who is desired in recruitment. Placing ChiO and Kappa ahead of KD may be where some would differ with this the most. Seeing this, it reminds me that we have so many good houses at Bama. Even the bottom houses are actually really good places with lots of great girls. I would change the names of the tiers to compress the houses because of the quality of them all. Nobody is "bottom" and all are different flavors of middle. There are no houses that are way above others and there are no houses that are way below otehrs. This list makes it seem the "top tier" is on a whole other level than others and that bottom is also on a way lower level. Not really true.

Interesting to see something not totally bound up in Old Row/New Row.

KD is on the upswing, but they've been coasting for way too long on being Old Row/First Circle/first house on campus.

well I actually like this one. and some of these houses weren't even here 10-20 years ago. old row will always be listed as top tier and new row middle and bottom on this site. that is just the way it is. but the tiers don't really matter in the long run because it is a personal decision and you will get out of your sisterhood what you put into it.

Have seen the KDs. very cute. Have seen the XOs . awkward girls. also have snapped at least the last 2 years and its obvious. XO snapped 2 of the meanest most screwed up girls around in the last 2 years and it was KNOWN that those 2 got dropped by everybody.

KD dos has more chubs than anybody other than AOII and gphi, but their top end is better than all but a couple.

Chi O and KD are equal and top tier - it's Tri Delt that should swap with KD
