by: CuriousDoes each sorority have a specific fraternity they do stuff with.... Like swaps, Greek events, block seating at football etc? What are some of them?

Basically, old row sororities and old row fraternities hang out with a few exceptions of course. ATO has seemed to be joining in with a lot of old row sororities. ZTA occasionally will make an appearance at an old row function but it isn't too common. but some are closer than others. PM and AXO both hangout with SNU and PhiGam, KD and KKG with SAE and DKE... but for the most part it's always a mix of old row.
btw - old row consists of : AXO,XO,DDD,PM,KD,KKG,
: Sigma Nu, Phi Gam, KA, SAE, DKE

and for new row, upper tier new row sororities hang out with guys on University aka Sigma Chi, Theta Chi, Beta, Pike, PiKapp... basically anyone with a big house who isn't old row.
then lower tier sororities will hangout with Jefferson fraternities.. the small houses on Jefferson st. it sounds cliquey but it's just how it works.
