I am tired of seeing bull crap rankings on here. Every single girl going through rush is different! There is literally no possible way to give a definite ranking of our houses to PNMs. What one girl might consider top tier, another two will consider bottom and vice versa.
I mean honestly, I cried when I didn't get the bid I wanted. I promise you, though, if I were coming up with these rankings I would put my house as number one. In my case, and basically everyone else's, I fell in love with the house I got. I promise you as you go along, you will keep finding reasons why you think your house is best. Are there certain things that a particular house might do better than the others? Yes, but it still doesn't change the fact that rankings are subjective to your own personal opinion!!
If you base your choices on what other people chose, I feel bad for you. You might get lucky and end up where you belong, but you might end up having four miserable years in a "top-tier" house. (This isn't meant to slam the houses that are consistently ranked as top. I understand that for most of the girls in them, they ended up finding where the fit in best!)

Ok. Here is the thing. If you are somebody that just has to feel like you are always on top and always being admired and always considered the best, then you are still in a high school mindset and you probably peaked in high school. Do youself a favor and get out of that mind set and get real. UA is really big and every sorority here is strong and each has lots of really great girls. Each pledge class is well over a hundred girls and each has new members from all over the country. Some have a much higher concentration of in-state and deep south girls than others, while some have a more national feel to them. Each one will make a different impression on you through their social media, their recruitment approach, and the way they just strike you when you arrive at one of their functions. You will be able to tell where you are clicking and where you are not. You will be drawn to the houses that you click with. If you are feeling it, they probably are too. This is the process. It works. So dont' get too worked up about ranks and status and stuff discussed on this page. Let your own experience in the process write your own story.
