fraternity reputations

I'm trying to narrow down my list of fraternities for this Fall. I just want to know what each of these fraternities reputations are and if there's anything major I should know about them. ΒΘΠ, ΦΔΘ, ΑΤΩ, ΘΧ, ΛΧΑ, ΣΦΕ, ΣΑΕ, and ΣΧ.

Yeah why?? Those two houses are top in grades and from what I've heard, are really good.. Even though sig ep doesn't have their nice house yet.
