they're an old row house but necessarily top tier because they aren't super involved and aren't known for grades. Definitely party girls. They tend to have a ton of girls from the big cities in AL and a mix of out of state girls... the out of state girls tend to not hangout with the AL girls and are typically outcasts

The are def top tier. House amazing. Good sisterhood. Cute and fun girls. But only downside is preoccupation with old row frays, who generally suck unless you want to live in Alabama forever.

KD has always had the reputation of "Top Tier." If being in a Top Tier house is your only concern, then I would definitely try to keep getting invites back to KD during Recruitment!

Personally, I would focus on how well I clicked with a specific house's personality. But hey, that's why we are all different!!
