oos have theoretical chance everywhere. There are oos in each house and in decent numbers. Houses that high proportion of instate girls are viewed by some as not inclusive as time goes on. I am oos in a new row and love it. Some oos I know in old row are happy and some feel sort of left out culturally, as groups tend to for, among girls from the same areas and stuff like that. So just be smart and find your best fit -- it may be a house you really did not hear much about going in or it may be a top new or old row house. Everything is so personal. Can't generalize.

The houses with most in state are prob KD, axo, xo, agd, ddd. But all of these have oos just not as many as others.
