It was built in 1995 or 1996. I get wanting to build new, but in a way it seems like a waste to tear it down.

Zeta had an epic pc this past year with no house and pi phi is similar in their makeup so highly doubt it will impact their recruitment.

A zeta active told me their rush was not too good. Plus I know of tons of girls who didn't want zeta because of their house situation.

Are they rebuilding their house purely for aesthetic reasons because everyone else is getting a big new house or is it because there is structurally wrong with their house? It seems like it would be better to wait and have one of the proper swing houses. When I went through recruitment, the Pi Phi house was impressive enough and didn't look too old or outdated compared to the newer houses at all.

Any idea why they're doing a full redo instead of an addition? Wasn't their house built in the 90's? I'm assuming they're keeping their spot since they're not just starting construction somewhere else
