what are the fraternity rankings on new row??

This is clearly a matter of opinion but in my opinion, based pretty much solely on quality of parties and members...On average, old row still is much better considering how many fraternities we have but the top new row fraternities are basically just as good as old row now.
Top Tier:
Theta Chi
Sigma Chi
Pi Kapp
ATO
Upper middle tier:
Pike
Kappa Sig
Lambda Chi
Delta Chi
DTD
Lower middle tier:
Sig Ep
AKL
Beta
Phi Sig
I may have missed one or two lower tier socially relevant fraternities but there's my opinion and all of the ones i've listed so far are at least mediocre fraternities. The rest of the fraternities may be the right fit but aren't socially prominent at all on campus.

Your opinion. Personally if move pike up to top, Pi kapp down to upper middle, beta up to upper middle, Akl out, and put ZBT in lower middle

Here's how it is, the top new row houses are Theta Chi, Pike, Sigma Chi, ATO, and Pi Kapp. They are all big houses on University and you would have a great college experience at each.
Theta Chi has been killing it and is popular with a lot of girls.
Pike has a good amount of athletes and is pretty wild, popular with ZTA and Aphi.
Sigma Chi is rebounding from trouble last year. Fun guys from all over. Seem to hang with Pi Phi the most.
ATO is knocked by other guys but they are good dudes and girls like them.
Pi Kapp can't say too much about.

i missed ZBT they fit somewhere in the middle tier of my list probably lower tier
