I'm confused about the workings of spring COB. How hard is it to get a bid? And what if more than one chapter gives you a bid, can that even happen (even if highly unlikely)? How many girls typically try to do spring/is it popular? help please how does it all work

I don't think doing COB, even filling out the form, is very popular. And from what I've seen most girls only get bids if they're good friends with a a lot of girls in that sorority
