For those asking, the three houses doing cob as of now are DZ DG and aphi. I have been told conflicting things about theta and zeta.

Anybody happen to know approximately how many girls fill out COB forms compared the the amount who actually get bids?

Any house that could but declines to cob is stupid and snobby.

Some are required to by Nationals if they are given the opportunity. Others are prohibited from doing cob or spring recruitment. Most of the girls who get bids through cob or spring recruitment are ones that are already great friends with girls in the house. It's not like fall recruitment where everyone visits each house. If you want a bid, get to know girls in the house.
