okay so what are some pros and cons to each and what about there pledge classes

I'd go go DG over DZ any day

DZ stronger by a bit- has more history and stability, much prettier pledges
DG has great house, better philanthropy event

DZ is better because they have prettier pledges and the girls are way nicer. DG is low in the rankings so I'd personally go DZ over DG any day.

DZ more in state oriented and more social. DG more oops and less social but involvement stronger. Really not similar at all.

pledge classes this year DG by far though.. some of the DZs I've met are just off... didn't have a great rush this year

I'd give the edge to DG just because they are new and have started out pretty solid. They get some really awesome OOS girls since they are strong nationally and they have my personal favorite philanthropy event. DZ is a fine house, but they aren't strong in any area and already have that rep here for not being super strong. I think they're both lower mid to upper bottom houses currently, with DZ staying and DG -possibly- rising if they keep it up.

The rep came because of issues with leadership in the past. She is now gone as the leadership is now awesome. This is what will always make DZ strong. Problems are addressed and fixed.

If you're into partying/drinking go dz, they're known to get pretty rowdy. DG doesn't really do much

DG is not a very well respected house. DZ is not the best but regardless of the tons of DG self-ranks on here, they are miles better than DG.
